Womens empowerment after trauma.

I am starting a group for women, to empower them through trauma. As women we often go through many traumas from birth through to late stages in life.

Trauma doesn't have to be specific to abuse. There are many types of trauma, however the body and unconscious mind doesn't know the difference.

It is time for empowerment.

It is time to move beyond the pain and hurt of the trauma and become the empowered Warrior Goddess that you came to earth to be.
